3. Third-Party AI Services and Model Training

3.1 Use of Third-Party AI Providers

Cubicle AI uses artificial intelligence models, APIs, and related technologies provided by third parties. We do not own the underlying AI models merely because we integrate them into our Service.

When you use an AI-powered feature, we may send relevant information to the provider to generate a response. Depending on the feature, this may include:

  • Your question or prompt.
  • Text, screenshots, files, documents, or workplace scenarios you submit.

We seek to limit information sent to AI providers to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality.

3.2 How AI Providers Handle Information

Third-party AI providers may process submitted information under their applicable terms, privacy policies, and any contractual arrangements with Cubicle AI.

Their practices may differ regarding data retention, security, service monitoring, and the use of submitted content to improve or train AI models. We will not promise that a provider does not retain information or use it for model training unless we have verified the relevant terms and configuration.

3.3 AI Training and Service Improvement

We do not use your prompts, uploaded content, or AI-generated responses to train our own AI models. Third-party AI providers may process your information to deliver the Service. Whether those providers may use submitted information to train or improve their models depends on the applicable provider terms and configuration.
